Hi there @Severpdk,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts and other support personnel. I understand that you are getting a 0xc000000f  code on startup. I am happy to help with this.

You can try going back to the factory image if nothing else works, but this would remove any data on the system partition.

Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 7)
Troubleshooting HP System Recovery Problems (Windows 7)

Before trying that, you may want to take a crack at some of the suggestions in this Microsoft Forum thread offered by Mann_Manohar:  how to fix error code 0xc000000f without windows 7 home premium installation disc or repairing using... - answers.microsoft.com

Please let me know how that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
