Network adapter

I have a HP Pavillion P6550SC and the netvork adapter card is chrached in a thunderstorm. This is not an own card, it's  a component on the motherboard. Can someone advice me what card to buy that fits in a free card place?

Re: Network adapter

Hi:

My recommendation would be to purchase an external USB RJ-45 ethernet adapter, which will work on any PC.

Some examples...
