No Boot Device HP Z240 Tower Workstation

Hi,

we have 2 of these towers all doing the same thing (5 we aren't willing to switch off incase they do it), we have tried updating the bios, resetting bios back to factory, tried changing the boot order etc without any luck.

we have had the Solid State SSD (M.2) replaced and still have the same issue.

i'm not sure how many other people out there are having the same issue but its currently with HP to investigate.
