Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've restored tons of desktops and laptops but recently my family got a virus on one of our computers and i was unable to remove it(there is a chance they unknowingly gave it permissions). I then tried restoring the computer and left it over night and was asked to look at it when there was an error "No operating system found". I have looked up many solutions and keep seeing use the secure boot to change from UEFI to Legacy mode but that option isnt even there. I looked in the right spot and unlike the pictures i saw i simply dident have the option to use Secure Boot

Did you restore from the "hidden" partition on the disk-drive, or by booting from a USB memory-stick that contains the Windows 10 software, in order to boot from "trusted" media?

When you boot the computer, can you choose to enter "Troubleshooting" mode, to see if Windows can repair itself?
