Now for some reason the PC wont detect my Headphones

I have windows 8 and an HP pavilion. (Should I give the Product number or model Number? Sorry if thats a noobish question)

Ok, so I am going to try and give as much info as possible.

Re install and update drives? Check

Headphones plugged in right? CHECK

Volume not muted? Check

I have tried to fiddle with the audio settings.

This happened randomly and before it happened I never changed ANYTHING relating to sound or any drivers and stuff.

Hello MeGusta90.

You are stating that the computer does not recognize when you insert a set of headphones, is that correct? I will be happy to help you.

Do you get audio if you just play something from the internal speakers?

Can you please provide the full make and model of the computer you have, If you are unsure where to locate that information have a look at this link for help if needed.

Please respond back at your earliest convenience.
