Our HP 3510 printer will not print unless we turn it off and on again. It is in wireless mode.

Our HP 3510 hasn't worked properly since we recieved a new modem from AT&T.  We have to shut it down and turn it back on to get it to print wireless.  When it is not working the on/off symbol blinks.  I have tried alot of help suggestions from HP but nothing seems to work.  The network name and modem shows the correct names and security key.  Help!
