I just install new os that is Win-7-X64 bit but usb is not working i i search the device manger but htere is an two unknow device found pci &usb plz give me link to download the drivers

That symptom usually means there are drivers missing, which Device Manager will give the hardware ID and then you can search for the missing drivers with the Hardware ID.

If you post the model number, it would be much easier to give accurate results.
