Product: HP ALL IN ONE DESKJET 3700
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

Hello 

 

I bought the above printer just before christmas - I set it up according to the instructions and the wifi symbol is showing correctly on the screen but when I press print it says printer is not connected - also the colour doesnt print - Ive tried changing the cartridge. 

 

I can't find any support for this model yet its brand new -it's not recognized.

 

 It seems if I want support to help me I have to take out a contract for £12.50 a month! 

 

At the moment I am a VERY disstaisfied customer - can anyone tell me how I can speak to a human  from HP for what should be free support if you buy a product that isnt working please?
