Pavilion Mini Desktop VGA

Is there a way to connect the Mini Desktop to a VGA monitor ?  I see it has HDMI but no VGA out .

Hi Harold,

 

Please post the HP product number for your PC. How to Find the HP Model Number and the HP Product Number or let HP automatically find your PC model number and HP network attached printers. This will allow others to review your issue, make suggestions and review your responses. This is usually the best way to get assistance.

 

I looked at one Mini desktop and the video outputs were HDMI and Display Port (DP) both which are digital. VGA is analog so that's basically a no-go.  You might be able to get a DP to VGA adapter to work.  Look for an active model such as this device.  Know what the return policy is before you buy.

 

A digital monitor would give you a clearer and richer display.
