Playready PC Runtime amd64

I have recently purchased an HP p6340a, which is Windows 7  64 bit, and have been installing additional software.  Due to an error clicking my mouse, I have uninstalled Playready PC Runtime amd64 1.3.0.

Unfortunately, I haven't done a Backup and can't retrieve it that way.

Is it possible to access it through the Factory Image.  Can individual folders and files be accessed, or is there another way that I can retreive it?

I have seen that I can download this through Microsoft downloads, but I assume it would not be AMD.   I can't locate the AMD version anywhere to download it.   Is there a difference in the programs between AMD and Microsoft, and could I use the Microsoft one?

Re: Playready PC Runtime amd64

I have now fixed the problem by going into Windows Media Center settings and reinstalling Playready.
