Poor diskperformance on 8300 USDT

We have experienced that the putting a image on a USDT-8300 takes 12 minutes compared to 4 minutes on the tower/SFF models. If we change the disk to another one with same specs (another brand which comes from a 8560p laptop) it's down to 4 minutes again. Even tried an old laptop-disk from 2006 and even that one is faster (7 minutes) Inside the OS we ran IOMETER and the originaldisk is more than 50% slower.

USDT: A2K91ET

DISK: HGST SATA 3,0Gb 500G/7,2K

Anyone else had the same experience?
