HP T520 Flexible Series TC

Hello,

we've quite a few Thin Clients and they are doing a good job. But i need to change some BIOS settings. Is there a way I can remotely change BIOS settings on the T520's? Or do I have to visit each machine  and manualy change them?

Thanks for your help!

Kind regards

turnitoffandon

Suggest to use HP Device Manager - management tool of HP Thin Client.

You can simply send File &  Registry task to change BIOS settings remotely.

You can receive and deploy the BIOS Settings file and use these commands (HPDM File & Registry Template):

hptc-bios-cfg -G /tmp/BIOS.txt (saves all BIOS Settings to file)

hptc-bios-cfg -S /tmp/BIOS.txt (sets the BIOS Settings from the file)

More information can be found in the ThinPro Admin Guide on page 71.

Thanks very much. That sounds very good. I'll try that.
