Power issue

HP touchsmart 320 pc
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My PC won't start. Once I plug it in to the power source, the power button lights up for about 3 seconds then shuts off. The computer never boots up.  nothig happens if you press the power button. Please help me.

Hi there @Day2133,

 

May the Forums be with you!  I understand that your computer is not starting properly.  I am happy to give you a hand with this.

 

Try following this document, and where offered be sure to follow any steps or links specific to All-in-One computers.HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 7)
