My power supply has weakened and I need to replace it. when I turn my PC on an orange light now comes on the blue light doesn't come on. The fan powers up and down repeatedly. Basically where can I buy a power supply unit for the HP pavilion? I'm Having difficulty finding one.

Power supply replacement

Finding part numbers for that model are difficult because of the ancient Vista OS.  The Product number was of little help. as HP does not list the power supply. I was able to gleen some info elsewhere !

The power supply is shown here. With the part number 5188-7521 it was easy to find a replacement and upgraded units (220W-300W).  250W shown here in the UK.
