I am trying to get this computer that was given to me working. I thought I had everything right, but when I turn it on, the monitor just shows "No Signal"! I know very little about computers. Please HELP!

RCM65401, welcome to the forum.

The model that you provided appears to be missing a number.  It the model actually SR1303?

Presario SR130WM video.

Thank you for the additional information.

There are no specifications available for the computer on HP's website.  You should check to assure that all of the connections inside of the case are tight.  Check the power and video cables to assure they are good.  It could be a failed/ing power supply unit (PSU).  If the computer is not getting enough power there will be no video.  Here is a guide to help you troubleshoot it.  Also, you can test the memory by removing all of it and replacing it one module at a time and booting.

These are all things that can cause the symptoms that you are experiencing.
