Printer not working following changing ink cartridges

4500 Desktop printer

I have just changed both ink cartridges but it does not work The screen tells me to refer to device documentation to trouble shoot. I can confirm that the cartridges have been loaded correctly but I cannot find the device documentation. Perhaps someone can help.

There are two different models of the 4500 desktop printer - G510a and G510b.  I need to know which one is yours to provide you a link to the online documentation.


We can proceed once you provide the information.
