Printer will not print via network in single cartridge mode. (Black ink HP original cartridge installed.) Prints fine when connected to computer with a cable, however - pop-up for single cartridge doesn't stop printing. Weirdly, it prints test page via wireless network fine. Have followed all turn off/turn on, clean print heads etc advice but problem persists. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Simply says 'requires user attention' whenever I try to print from all programmes, but there is no active problem highlighted in the manage printer software. Through process of elimination I've identified that single cartridge mode must be problem? But isn't it odd that it's only a problem when I'm using the printer (and scanner function) via wireless network, not when connected?
