HP ProDesk 600 G2 Mini Tower
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

What does a solid red (not blinking) on the power represent?

The Red light on the tower indicates that there is a possible hardware issue wth the unit.

Please try the below steps and check the resolution :

1. Disconnect all peripheral devices such as printers, USB storage devices and media cards.

2. Disconnect the power cord from the computer.

3.Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds until the power LED on the power supply is off.

4. Reconnect the power cord, and press the Power button.

If it remains the same, open the tower and reseat all the cables to Motherboard, drives.

Still the same, please contact HP support.
