HP PAVILLION 510-p058a Model
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a new HP Core I7 PC running Windows 10 and have spent many hours trying to get it to connect to the Internet via Telstra ADSL2+. I also paid a PC Tech $200 to set it up for me but the PC keeps dropping carrier at intermittent intervals. It appears it is an issue with the Wireless Network Adaptor Driver - Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless AC 3165. I'm not a tech and don't want to be fiddling with settings myself. I'm just a pensioner that wants our new PC to work and this issue is driving me insane and I don't know how to get help with the problem.
