Are you connected to the Wireless router through the cable? Have you tried connecting wirelessly?
It's possible your PC is not releasing the settings from your previous rounter.

Interesting..that means the PC recognized the new network connection. I'm thinking the problem is that you need to manually set the Network SSID and password.
