HP Touchsmart 320 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

HP Touchsmart 320 PC was updated to Windows 10 (64-bit) about 8 months ago. We have not had any issues. While working on the computer a few nights ago, the computer froze. We reset it and when it came back online, it was no longer recognizing the wireless internet. It says "no internet connections."

The wireless mouse and keyboard are functioning properly.

The wireless internet is working, as we are able to connect other devises to it.

I plugged the computer directly into the router via an ethernet cable and the computer recognized this with no issues.

I did not see any driver updates on the HP Support site.

Does this mean the internal wireless is no longer functioning? If so, is this something that can be replaced?

Thanks.

@LDHLL0000, welcome to the forum.

When requesting help you should always include the make/model (i.e. p6-xxxx) of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.  There are several models in the TS 320 series.
