I was reading these posts on the Hp all in one.  The same thing has happen to mine. Just get a Blank screen.  Did this end up being the Mother Board???  Mine is only 3 years old.

 

Any information on how to preceed would be wonderful

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?

Hi, my Model number is c1b23AV#ABA

 It is a window 8 64 bit os , I did upgrade to windows 10

 

Like I said.  It worked fine turn it on,  left the room came back the screen was black.  Fan motor and power lights come on.
