My understanding is that there is a special HP bracket to install these 2.5" drives since they are at an angle.  Can someone please tell me where to locate those?

@McTavish3,

You need to specifiy the exact model,  or the product number.

So - the brackets that are at an angle are not generic to a 2.5" enclosure?  This system is an Envy 860-010

I7-6700 3.4GHz 4 core, with (1) 2TB HDD + (1) 128GB SSD and am looking to add another SSD (larger).  Need to add 2.5" drive - connectors are there, but normal bracket won't install because of the angle.  It would seem there would be options for these systems (is this one of a kind?) that have these angled slots - having trouble finding them.  Would be great if it were easy to find on an HP website somewhere or in a normal distribution for home users to be able to locate/purchase.

Thanks so much for your help!

@McTavish3,

That model shipped already with an SSD.  See here.   (so others can follow discussion).

Because you already have the tray for the SSD, is the tray this unit ?

Your in a unique position if you could remove the existing tray and send a pic.

PS<> I screws that slide down the rail are called Fillister Head Screws, there 6x32 1/4 inch.

The technical specs on the screw head diameter and depth follows:

Although these are nylon and just 3/16, these would work.  Metal screws can also be found.
