Great i found this page! Had the same problem with the same motherboard!

 

Since you seem to have some knowledge about this, can you tell me if you can connect USB 3.0 cables from the front of an case (this case it's the Corsair 200R) to this MB? I connect it to USB_1 on the mb (i don't know the name of this type of connection) but it doesn't seem to work :S

It would not be possible.  And why would you try?

The typical motherboard connector for USB3.0 is 2 x 10 block, with 1 pin missing.

I think i explained myself badly.

 

The MB in question DOES have an conector like that one you showed (name on the board F_SSUSB1)

 

 

This board was previously on an HP Pavillion 500-501np, which has front-case usb 3.0 ports). 

 

The problem is that nothing happens with that connected. I don't know why :S 

 

The USB ports on the back of the MB work just fine.

 

Am i missing some drivers or something?
