Realtek Ethernet and error "10"

HP Recommended

I am using ImageX to reimage some HP 400G1 desktop computers. After the image completes and reboots, sometimes the NIC card doesn't work. I get no link lights and the driver indicates that it can't load (Error 10). If I move the computer to a different port the NIC comes back to life.

I have verified that the original port is not the problem. Once I move the machine the issue doesn't happen again. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Please check if there are any yellow exclamation mark (!) in device manager. If yes, then please let me know the hardware id of the device.
