Recovery Manager

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

You typically access the HP Recovery Manager by pressind F11 repeatedly when booting the PC.

However, for that to work, the Recovery partition must be intact and untouched.

IF you moved it, resized it, or deleted it --while installing Win8 -- it's not going to work.

Also, HP no longer carries Recovery Media for many of the original Win7 PCs.

If HP no longer provides Recovery Media for your model, a couple of other sites you should check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/

Good Luck
