Reload vista software after crash

System crashed, how do I get it back to original set up. I do not have any recovery disks.

Reload vista software after crash

When requesting assistance, please provide the complete model name and/or product number of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq makes thousands of models of computers that are all different. Without this information it may be difficult or impossible to assist you in resolving your issue.

 

 

Without knowing what model you have, it is hard to guess how to solve your issue. If the HP Recovery partition is still intact, you may be able to try repeatedly tapping the "F2", "F10", or "F11" key immediately after turning the computer on.
