AFTER UPGRADING FROM WIN8 TO WIN10 MY SYSTEM IS NOT GETTING SHUTDOWN AFTER CLICKING THE SHUT DOWN FROM DESKTOP.
WORK AROUND DONE.
1. CHECKED UP HP SITE FOR DRIVER UPGRADE THROUGHT HP SUPPORT ASSISTANCE.
2. DISBALED ALL MICROSOFT SERVICES FROM STARTUP.
Go to Device Manager as admin > then System Devices > Intel Managment Engine Interface > Properties . Check the Verison if it is 11.XXXX then roll back the drivers.
If No Roll Back option, then go to this link
and download this driver. Install it if it say to overwrite the latest driver click yes because this is 9.XXXX . This should work. If still stuck tell me
