ST380815AS (Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 80GB) Drives

I have two identical RP systems that are several years old, each with two ST380815AS drives.  Both drives on both systems started to report SMART alerts of imminent drive failures.  I'm currently running diagnostics on all of the drives and so far they have all passed (both systems have already had their drives replaced and are back in service).

Although I realize that drives with SMART alerts can often pass diagnostics, it seems to me to be too much of a coincidence that all 4 drives are supposedly failing, and all at the same time.

I found some posts in other forums that hinted that Seagate has identified this as a firmware issue and provided firmware updates for these drives, specifically in relation to this problem, but have been unable to find any downloads that seem to qualify for the exact part numbers.

Hopefully, someone from HP or who has experienced similar problems can help.
