Screen goes to sleep far too soon

HP Recommended
Acer PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My monitor goes to sleep randomly after inactivity.  Sometimes after 1 min, sometimes after 5 min, sometimes after 15 min.  The settings everywhere are for 30 min and 45 min.  Unless there is a setting somewhere that I'm missing but I feel I've found them all.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you.
