Sd card

Duo and Duo Pro are memory stick cards, so not technically an SD card.  It might be helpful if the model number of the card reader was given.  Also more information on the memory sticks invovled.

Size (capacity) of each device?

Is the one with a smaller capacity the only one that works?

Have you tried the device in another computer?  or in your digital camera?
