Drivers are listed here, but there is more than one computer with that model number listed.

They are very similar.

Hi:

Please install these drivers if you have not done so already:

Chipset: Install first and reboot.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12...

Infineon Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 1.2 Driver for Microsoft Windows XP:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12...

Intel AMT LMS_SOL for AMT 3.0

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12...

Please post back if that didn't work with the device details string of characters to, but not including, &SUBSYS. The VEN is the device manufacturer and the DEV is the device type.

You can find this info by clicking on your unknown device in the device manager and then clicking on the details tab.

Paul
