Speed Up Computer

HP Recommended
HP-All-In-One 20-2302a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer seems to be very slow and not that old - purchased 13/6/2015.

 

Tried ReInstall  hoping this would help -  but advised of 'error' any ideas?  Thanks

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
