Hi I have try to reboot my desktop computer it still show I need supplemental disc

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's perform a power reset as per HP standards:

 

Ensure your device is OFF.

Unplug all the external devices (If any).

Disconnect the power from the computer

Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.

Connect the power supply

Press the power button to turn on your device and check if the issue persists.

 

You do not loose any data by doing a hard reset.

 

If the issue persists, you may have to reinstall the Operating System using the HP Recovery manager, the same offers an option to backup personal files, so make sure that's selected.
