Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced. As it is out of warranty now you have to rebuild machine with new HDD. You have to order a recovery set from HP or try:

(a) Firstly Windows 10: Please use the following link to create installtion media

during the installation process, it will ask for a key. Please skip and continue, Windows will activate when you come online (note: you MUST install same old Windows 10 version/edition).
(b) Drivers and original software: Please use the following link to download software and drivers for your machine
