HP Envy 5660e
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was connected with Tech Support Agent, ABBY, for quite awhile. Just before she click the red x to disconnect, she had removed my HP envy 5660e printer from my laptop.  I spent about an hour trying to figure out how to get it back on.  Had to go to web site and re install it.  The printer was working ok, just lost one of the icons for it.  She never helped at all, and for awhile thought I was never going to get my Printer set back up.

TOTALLY UNHAPPY, CAN'T BELIEVE I ACTUALLY SIT HERE WHILE SHE HAD CONTROL OF MY COMPUTOR, SHE DELETED ALL MY PRINTER INFO, THEN CLICKED DISCONNECT RED X AS IF I DID THE DISCONNECT.

UNBELIEVEABLE, VERY UN HAPPY, STILL NOT ABSOLUTELY SURE GOT IT LOADED RIGHT, IT DOES PRINT, BUT WE WILL SEE.

This is actually a users forum.  While there may be HP employees here to help, there is no direct connection between us and the HP support people.  If you notice any problems after using the printer for a while, please come back with details of the problem and we can possibly come up with a solution.

I'm not an HP employee.
