Hi! @LStevie, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you need to touch capability on your laptop.
Touch is a built in feature of your laptop you don't have to purchase or configure this feature separately unless your laptop screen does not have touch screen functionality.
If you are unable to use the touch feature on your laptop try the steps mentioned below.
1. On the Windows Start screen, type "Tablet PC Settings" to open the Search charm, and then select Tablet PC Settings from the list of results.
2. On the Display tab, click Setup.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to identify your screen as a touch screen.
4. Tap the screen to see if it responds.
Also, If the issue still persists please provide the product number of your PC.
I will find the best drivers for your PC.
I'll watch your reply!
Cheers! 🙂
