Touchsmart 310 wifi driver appears to be missing

HP Recommended

Product name: 310-1125y

Product number: BV694AA  #ABA

OS:Windows 7 Home Premium

We have had issues with the wife driver disappearing. One week it is there and next its gone.

I can connect by ethernet but no wifi driver showing.

Went to Network contoller and looked under Network Controller found network adaptor only found Realtek but nothing else. Notice a previous user with same problem and a link for drive for RALINK RT3090 wireless card.

Would there be a wireless card link available?

HI;

According to the product specs for your model, it does show a Ralink wireless card listed.

See if this driver works any better for you...

Hi..

Try This..

Open Recovery Manager - Hardware Driver Reinstallation..

Search for the wifi device driver - select driver and click next..

Restart the pc and check if the wifi card is listed in device manager or no..

Revert back for additional help..
Clicking Kudos! Is a nice way to say Thank You if this helped you or resolved your problem. Also " Accept It As A Solution" so that others get a benefit from it..

Thanks for the assistance. However we tried both suggestions and the wifi driver does not seem to load after we restart.
