Two All in one desktops, two power supplies

Having the hardest time getting a satisfactory answer to this question. I have two all in ones, my slightly older 24-n020q that came with a huge power brick 150 watt and my newer 27-a10 that has a smaller 120 watt. the 150 watt has an indicator light that remains lit for a while after unplugging. Is this a short term battery? Also can I use that 150 watt power supply on the new 27-a10 and use the 120 on the smaller PC?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Firstly it is not a shorterm battery, there are capacitors inside many modern PSU's and they will discharge when they are disconnected from main (blue light will fade out then stop).

For the second question, part for the 150W is:

which is used for over 200 products/models. As you can see the 27-a10 is NOT on the list, only 27-a010. Given the tip is perfect fit, you can use 150W for the new machine but 120W may NOT have enough power to run the older machine because it needs 150W.
