I have 4 USB ports on this computer. The 2 needed for my keyboard and mouse are working. But the 2 other ones are no longer working. How do I fix this. I've tried looking online and have found no help.

May the Forums be with you! I understand that some USB ports on your computer are not working. I am happy to assist you with this.
Please post the full product number for your computer. See the following, if you need help with that information. HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?
Do the devices you wish to use in those ports work when plugged into one of the other two working ports?
If you check in Device Manager, are there any flags of any kind shown within "Universal Serial bus controllers"?
If a device is plugged into one of the non-working USB ports is there any response at all, like a device getting power, or are both ports completely non-functional, or are they intermittent?
Also please look through HP PCs - Troubleshooting USB Connections (Windows 7).
