Pavillion p6000 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

about a couple weeks ago when I was shutting down my PC after using Adobe  soundbooth, there was a message of updates ready and will be effective on the next reboot, then the PC came back on a blue window for keyboard setting per country and my keyboard and mouse doesen't respond anymore, I tried all usb ports but nothig, could you help please?

Can you post the actual product number from the service tag on your PC?

 

It should be on the side or rear of the PC.

 

Have you looked in the Device Manager to see if there are drivers missing?

 

Have you installed the chipset driver for Windows 10?
