USB

Pavilion 20 All in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a bug with my usb controller and the problem is intensified by me not being able to use my usb keyboard and mouse in order to boot into Windows. I can't even get into the BIOS .  How do I get into my computer without keyboard and mouse?  Thanks

I understand that you are having an issue with the USB ports, and wanted to assist you!

 

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the desktop?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:
How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?

 

You should be able to get into the system using an external keyboard, unless there is a hardware failure.  First, try reviewing the following document, and let me know how it goes:
