Unable to Enter BIOS at All

I have an older HP Pavillion AV976AV P6120T desktop PC that when booting immediately enter the Windows startup. I've tried every key possible to enter the BIOS. Every once in a while I could see the splash screen that describes the setup key, but only for about one third of a second. I finally videoed it and was able to stop the action on that split second, and I see where F10 is supposed to enter the setup, but it doesn't. It simply goes into Windows almost instantly. Does anyone know how I can enter the BIOS setup on this machine?
