Upgrade power supply

HP Compaq 6005 Pro SFF PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to go with a 4 or 6 core cpu. Any idea what power supply will fit my machine?  I only have 240 w power supply...can it handle a 95w or a 125w processor? It has a 45 w dual core now..
