Upgrade video card to 2 DVI output ports on Envy 900-214

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 700-214 came with a HP 4600 video card, which has one DVI port and one VGA port. I currently have a TV hooked to the VGA port which works ok, but doesn't have the resolution of my regular Dell S2440L monitor hooked to the DVI port. What I was looking for was a video card that had, beside the DVI port, a 2nd port that I can hook up to the HDMI input on the TV. Can someone advise if this is possible, and if so, what video card they would recommend. I assume, to be compatible, that this would require an HP card, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your computer: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04100558/

has "integrated" video, which will deactive itself when you install any video-card into the available PCI-E 16x slot.

The add-in video-card need _NOT_ be purchased from HP.

So, for example, if you are the USA, see:  http://www.bestbuy.com/site/evga-nvidia-geforce-gt-710-1gb-ddr3-pci-express-2-0-graphics-card-black/...

for under $50 USA.  It has 2 DVI ports, and 1 HDMI port.
