WIFI Connection issues

HP Recommended
Pavilion 23
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having wifi connection issues, my wifi connection detects the wifi networks close by but even if they all are with full singnal, it connects but theres no receiving data from the network. I could also can connet with my phone and other devices and it works perfectly.

 

Hope you can fix that.

As I understand you are having issues with connectivity on your HP All-in-one PC. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

 

Let's start off by updating the Bios, Chipset drivers and Wireless card drivers from our HP support website, using this link.

 

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

 

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

 

You could also check for updates using, windows update - HP PCs - Updating Drivers and Software with Windows Update (Windows 10, 😎
