hello there...

i'm new here and my english is not very good, sry about that..

i have a question here
"i have win 10 original for my laptop here and my son accidentialy installed win 8.1 crack ver on this laprop. how can i restore my previos win 10?"

Hi:

 

You can download the W10 ISO file  by using the Media Creation Tool below, and make your own W7 installation/repair disk or USB flash drive.

Then you need to use the ISO to DVD/USB tool to transfer the file to a USB flash drive.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool

 

The tool will make the flash drive bootable.

 

Then you can reinstall W10.

so i just need to install it from the USB FD or i have to install it through the BIOS command (changing the booting priority)?

Hi:

 

Plug the flash drive in the USB port.

 

Restart the PC, and tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu.

 

Select the USB flash drive, and the PC should then boot from the W10 installation flash drive.
