Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Ondergetekende heeft een probleem met zijn Microsoft Account. Microsoft wil mij wel ondersteuning verlenen, maar dan moet ik wel het wachtwoord van H.P. vermelden uit oogpunt van verificatie. Dat wachtwoord heb ik niet meer en mijn garanties van mijn desktop als van mijn printer zijn verstreken, zodat ik geen contact meer kan krijgen met H.P. 

In feite zit ik in  een vicieuze cirkel ,want het wachtwoord van HP Forum is niet voldoende, omdat het echt het wachtwoord van HP zelf moet zijn.

Graag zou ik willen, dat een van jullie, dit bericht aan H.P. zou willen sturen, zodat ik hopenlijk dan het wachtwoord van H.P. zelf zou kunnen krijgen

Alvast hartelijkjk dedankt voor jullie medewerking.
