Warranty length incorrect

Hi there, I bought my all in one pc through one of your authorised retailers on eBay. They assured me on purchasing the item that it came with a full one year HP warranty from the date pf purchase. I have registered the product with you and received an email confirming this, but my HP Assistant on the PC tells me the warranty expires on 15/09/2017, which is of course only 4 months away. I am old by the seller that the PC is part of your recycle project. Can you please clarify this information and advise me on how I can make sure the warranty is registered correctly?

Many thanks

Scott

@Scott1509

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
