Solved!

Warranty repair of desktop computer

I have a 3 month old all-in-one desktop, Model 19-2113W. It was on but not being used. Now it has a black screen, no display at all, not even a cursor.'

'

I have repowered it several times, tried holding down keys on start up, but no response. I can feel the disk drive comes on, and so does the power light, but nothing on the screen, and no sounds.

 

Anything else I should try?

 

Does HP have repair agents or do I need to return it to the factory (how?)? I bought it at Walmart, so no tech help there.

You have a 1 yr warranty. Call HP at 1- 800-474-6836.  It's a 24/7 number.
